Join the AIUC-1 Contributor Community

Shape the new standard for AI agents as part of the AIUC-1 Contributor Community, working alongside other AI builders, enterprise security leaders, and practitioners.

AIUC-1 was created by bringing Fortune 500 security and risk leaders together to design a framework that they could use to answer "Can I trust this AI agent?"

Since the launch of AIUC-1, the demand for tools to assess whether AI agents are secure, safe and reliable when deployed by enterprises have only grown in demand. We are now expanding the machine room shaping standards with the launch of the AIUC-1 Contributor Community.

The challenge

Agent capabilities, risks, and safeguards change every week. For an AI agent standard to stay relevant, it needs to keep up with the pace of AI innovation and risks.

We’re looking for hands-on practitioners and experts from the broader community who want to execute against this direction: peer-reviewing standard updates and cross-walks, suggesting specific requirements, and adapting the standard to new modalities, like voice.

We will be launching the Contributor Consortium Monday, March 2nd

What is AIUC-1?

AIUC-1 is the world's first comprehensive certification standard for AI agents, designed to unlock enterprise adoption by addressing critical concerns around security, safety, reliability, data privacy, accountability, and societal impact.

Developed by a consortium of F500 industry leaders including experts from Google Cloud, Cisco, Stanford, MITRE, MongoDB, and other major institutions, AIUC-1 provides a familiar, actionable framework specifically tailored for AI systems.

The AIUC-1 Contributor Community unites three types of leaders

1. AI agent builders - focused on how to strengthen the security & trust of their product, joining the Community to share emerging best practices for building AI agent security (e.g. CISO/Head of Security)

2. AI buyers - focused on how to adopt AI with confidence in their organizations, joining the Community to share best practices for AI procurement & learn about adoption (e.g. Deputy CISO, Head of AI, Head of Procurement at an enterprise)

3. Security professionals - helping organizations navigate AI adoption, joining the Community to influence standards and integrate best practices in their client work. (E.g. Security Consultant, MSP)
